    何时,应该喝更多的水?

    当进食高蛋白质食物时

        肉里含有的尿酸可以引起痛风。在进食高蛋白食物时人体比正常进食时需要更多的水,水可以将蛋白质带来的尿酸带出体外;

    当进食高纤维食物时

        吸入大量高纤维食物后最不舒服的后果就是便秘。这是因为虽然纤维有益于你的健康,但是他同时可以吸收大肠中流动状态的液体。所以,高纤维加上足够的水,才可以使你便便很顺畅;

    当呕吐和腹泻时

        呕吐和腹泻时脱水的标志。多喝水可以使身体在生病期间保持充足的水分,由此引起的呕吐和腹泻也会好转。

    身体进入活跃状态时

    当运动时,身体产生热量,汗使体温维持正常。当汗从皮肤蒸发时,体温就降下来。但是,在体温下降的过程中,身体会在运动时每小时流失四杯水。结果是,更多的水流失掉了。

     在适当的时候进行补水,能够让身体更好地进行新陈代谢!让身体保持健康!
